- Day 1
Palma de Mallorca
You'll arrive in Palma de Mallorca and head to your beachfront hotel in Ca'n Pastilla. This area sits right on an excellent long beach with a fantastic cycle path running along the promenade that takes you into the city. After settling in, the rest of your day is yours to spend however you like. Take a walk on the beach, ride the promenade, or head into Palma de Mallorca to get a feel for the city.

Ca'n Pastilla to Colonia de Sant Jordi
Today you cycle southeast from Ca'n Pallilla along the Bahía de Palma cycle path, then cut inland through Mallorcan countryside with narrow lanes, windmills, and almond trees. Two climbs take you up to Santuari de Cura and Santuari de Monti-Sion where you'll see panoramic views across the island. You'll pass through Llucmayor and Porreres before returning to the coast and Es Trenc beach, finishing in the beach resort of Colonia de Sant Jordi. The route covers 84 km total.

- Day 3
Colonia de Sant Jordi to Porto Cristo
Start at Ses Salines where Romans once extracted salt, then head to the lighthouse along beautiful coastline. From there, continue through the village of Santanyí near Parc Natural de Mondragó, which has birdlife and the beach at Cala Mondragó. Head inland through Felanitx with two climbs up to Castell de Santueri and Santuari de la Mare de Déu de Sant Salvador. You'll finish at the charming resort of Porto Cristo. Choose between 106 km or a shorter 65 km option.

- Day 4
Porto Cristo to Cala Ratjada
You'll cycle to the resort of Cala Ratjada with an inland loop that takes you through Manacor, home to the Rafael Nadal Academy and Museum Xperience. Head back toward the coast via Cuevas de Artà with its spectacular sea-view entrance and huge chambers filled with stalactites and stalagmites. Pass the beach at Canyamel and the impressive castle of Capdepera before arriving in Cala Ratjada. The full route is 115 km or 82 km if you prefer shorter.

Cala Ratjada to Port de Pollença
Cycle through Artà, a charming village with narrow medieval streets, cafés, and a 15th century fortress. Continue to the Ermita de Betlem monastery with views across the sea toward Alcúdia and Formentor. You'll ride along the extensive Bahía de Alcúdia, pass the Parc Natural de S'Albufera and the beach at Playa del Muro. Next, visit the medieval village of Alcúdia with Roman ruins of Pollentia, then move through the bay of Pollença to reach your hotel in Port de Pollença. This ride is 130 km or 97 km for the shorter version.

- Day 6
Port de Pollença
Today's a shorter day with options to match your mood. You can cycle out to the Cape of Formentor lighthouse on one of the island's most famous routes with impressive cliffs dropping into deep blue sea. If you want less distance, head to Platja de Formentor beach instead. Another option is a short ride to the village of Pollença, or just take a free day on the seafront at Pollença where the promenade has pine trees, cafés, and restaurants. The full route is around 40 km.

Port de Pollença to Port de Sóller
You'll cycle through spectacular Sierra de Tramuntana mountain scenery. Climb up to Lluc and its famous monastery, then experience Sa Calobra, one of the world's most famous descents. You have the option to take a boat from the bottom to Port de Sóller (check sea conditions and book ahead), or climb back up and continue through the villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraix before reaching Sóller and Port de Sóller. The route is 88 km or 64 km if you choose the shorter option.

- Day 8
Port de Sóller to Palma de Mallorca
Your final ride takes you through spectacular Sierra de Tramuntana scenery. Pass through Deià, one of the prettiest villages in the sierra and former home of writer Robert Graves. Continue to Valldemossa, where Chopin and novelist George Sand once lived. Ride along the coastline with views of olive trees, oranges, lemons, and almond trees before reaching Palma de Mallorca. Finish by cycling along the coastal path back to Ca'n Pastilla to reflect on the tour. The route is 102 km or 73 km for the shorter version.
