If you wish to have a private train cabin, you can pay the extra fee later for a private train cabin. Cycling route is not long and easy. Depending on each person's heath of 60-70 year old. It is usually fine. Almost of the Bus here are the sitting bus and tourist bus. However, the bus from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh, and from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap are the public bus. But they are good and comfortable.

We never had to wait for pick ups for any of the transport which made the whole experience comfortable. We enjoyed the various means of transport included (overnight train, luxury buses, cruise, internal flight) and all the activities in the itinerary.
