Where do I start? First the "operator" Adiajinis wrote me saying my tour dates were cancelled (I had paid in full and bought tickets) I complained and later after a lot of emails and chats they offered me a private tour but I had to pay the difference, I agreed. Had to fight for the transfer from airport to hotel in Athens (they don't do transfer for private tours!!!), had to fight to send us taxi to pick us up from our hotel in Athens to make the day tours there (supposedly they don't give that also being private and having paid MUCH more for the tour). Finally after long discussions we left to Meteora where they offer a hotel and sent us to another, bad hotel (Orfeas) we arrived there and the room was not ready, all dirty, had to fight again for another room...the list goes on and on, the driver (Igor) was very good, really he tried so hard to help us but the operator was a disgrace I won't ever, ever travel with them again. Bad hotels, terrible!! And Touradar is the one that sold us the package but they did not take any responsibility. Be careful with this package.Show more

Dear Luisa, Thank you for your feedback. If the review had been written more objectively, it would have better reflected the effort we put into organizing your tour. Due to two participants canceling, you were left alone on a route designed for a small group. Although the tour was no longer viable under normal conditions, we chose not to cancel your tour since your flight tickets had already been purchased and with your permission to avoid disrupting your holiday, we converted your tour into a private one for a minimal fee. Throughout the tour, when we noticed signs of stress, we took extra steps to make your experience smoother. Although the original itinerary stated that airport transfers and transport to certain “designed points” were not included, we provided these services free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. Despite this, even the complimentary airport transfer was mentioned in your complaint, which we found disheartening. Regarding the Orfeas Hotel, we send more than 100 guests there each year and have not received any previous complaints. Your feedback about the hotel will still be noted and taken into consideration. Regarding the situation in Skopje, we were urgently contacted by the hotel management due to an aggressive incident involving you and the hotel staff. According to their report, your behavior was confrontational and escalated quickly, prompting them to consider terminating your stay and requesting your removal from the property. To prevent further disruption and in consideration of your overall travel experience, we intervened directly and reached an agreement with the hotel to allow you to continue your stay, despite their initial request for your removal. We kindly suggest that for future travels, it may be helpful to research the development and service standards of the destination beforehand to ensure your expectations align with the local context. Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Ajdinis. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
