Would it be possible for you to arrange the flights for us (Vienna–London and Edinburgh–Vienna) and provide information on how to get from London airport to the tour meeting point?

We would like to stay in Edinburgh for three extra days before flying back to Vienna. We would prefer accommodation in the Old Town area, such as the ibis Edinburgh Centre Royal Mile, or a similar hotel.

How is the luggage stored on the coach? Is there a size limit for suitcases (as we use medium size)? Since we'd be traveling with that and a backpack it might be important to ask now. Is the coach the same as for day trips?

We use the same size coaches for both 1-day and multi-day tours. There is limited space on our mini-coaches so luggage is restricted. Each passenger is entitled to one 20kg bag, plus one small bag for personal items. • Your main luggage must not exceed 22in x 17in x 10in in size or 20kg (44lbs) in weight. This should be one piece of luggage similar to an airline cabin bag. • A small bag for personal items such as a handbag, purse or small backpack (this is kept with you in your seat on the bus). Please ensure you can lift and carry your own luggage without assistance. Unfortunately we're not able to accommodate larger or heavier bags, please ensure you pack accordingly or store excess baggage prior to departure.

is there a bit of timeframe on the days? around how much independent time do you have to extra sites or visits to maybe the thermal springs or tours?

At each stop, you will be given an allocated time from your driver/guide to explore the area. This time is yours to use, so if you want to walk a bit, see a museum for example or just grab a coffee - you can do whatever you wish. We like passengers to have control of their time on tour, so it can be as active as you like. Moreover, each evening you will be given free time in the location that you are staying in after your driver/guide has dropped you off.

Do you do this tour in reverse, ie Edinburgh to London (for September 2025)?

We don't have this exact tour in reverse. However this tour is a combination of our other 2 tours you could join in reverse order.
