That said, we’re truly sorry to learn that other aspects of the trip fell short of expectations. We understand your frustration regarding the overcrowded experience at the Porto bookstore and the brevity of the ‘6 Bridges River Cruise’. Your comments highlight areas where we need to reassess our scheduling to ensure an improved balance of activities and more fulfilling daily itineraries and your point about the overall value of the tour is also noted, and we will take this into serious consideration as we review the structure of our self-guided offerings.
