  Hello Widarta, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Upon reviewing the instant chat from your tour, we understand that your river activities were impacted by flooding in the Danube River. On Sunday, the local team presented you with two options: either to visit a thermal bath or go on a city tour with cave visits. We see that you opted for the thermal bath. Additionally, we noticed that due to the same issue, the trains were running late. Alternative transfers were arranged, though in two instances out of six, they were delayed as alternative drivers had to be organized, which took a bit longer to reach the train stations. We completely understand your dissatisfaction. However, we hope you agree that weather-related delays and cancellations are beyond our control. Nonetheless, our team strives to provide alternatives, even when this needs to be done in real time, over the weekend, or in the middle of the night. We again would like to reiterate that we are a customer centric company and we do all possible in our capacity to have happy customer and do see its reflection in your short feedback when you started off with a comment stating "Our team was very good" This was just unfortunate that the weather played up during your tour, Do give us another opportunity with any of our other products and you will see for yourself the great organization and execution of our tours.   Holiday to Budapest-Vienna-Prague Holiday to Budapest-Vienna-Prague WhatsApp communication was easy to use and Hannah & Rose Amanda sent daily reminders and responded to any queries in a friendly, timely fashion. More information as to where to go to meet taxis at the train stations would be the only improvement. Great hotel choices easily walkable to the city centre. Prague hotel even offered free complimentary city pass and drink in a roof top bar of a sister hotel. Both boat tours included in the tour were great but the underground tour in Prague was a waste of time - better to replace with a castle tour. Thanks for a great holiday!Show more
