      Day 2 on this package is indeed a free day for you to explore and enjoy Tel Aviv indepedently.

      The Best of the West Bank or the Gaza Envelope Tour are optional on day 2 - for an extra cost.
      Just have in mind that each of them available only 3 times a week, so their availability on day 2 of the package depending on the day you start the package.
