Hi Julie, thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your trip! It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed travelling in a small group and that the mix of ages worked well. Your guide sounds like they did a fantastic job, from providing clear instructions to keeping everyone well-fueled with snacks and fruit! We’re glad you found the mini bus comfortable and the accommodation clean, with good showers (always a bonus after a long travel day). We appreciate your feedback on the at times limited food options and Wi-Fi access, as well as your thoughts on the itinerary. Spending more time around Hobart is a great suggestion, and we’ll be sure to share this with our team. Most of all, it’s fantastic to hear that you’d do the trip again! We’d love to have you join us on another adventure whenever you’re ready.

want to know if you pick up from Hobart airport and drop at airport on the last day of the tour?

    Flights / Transfers
    • Intrepid TravelOperatorWritten September 2025

Airport transfers are not included with this tour. From Hobart Airport (HBA), you have two options to reach the starting hotel: Skybus: departs every 30 minutes and takes you to Stop 4 on Collins Street (ask the driver to announce the stop) – from there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the hotel. Taxi or Uber: takes around 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic. On the last day of the tour, you can use the same options to return to the airport.
