  What is meant by Hotel (3 nights) and twin/double (2 nights)? Are you able to tell me where we will be staying i.e. hotel names etc.? Is the accommodation for all nights air-conditioned? What is meant by shared facilities? Do the rooms have a small refrigerator in them?

Shared facilities mean, Rooms and bathrooms are shared, Private bathroom facilities are not available. Yes, hotel include a small refrigerator facilities.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
