  I truly cannot recommend Travel Chance Egypt more. I’ve been to 27 countries and this is the best vacation I’ve ever had. The level of organization, communication, and overall care is unmatched. When we first arrived in Cairo we had someone waiting for us in the airport, who helped us navigate the visa line and get our luggage so quickly. I want to specifically thank Mazin in Cairo. He picked us up from the airport the first day, and immediately realized we were super interested in learning about Cairo, so gave us a bonus tour while driving us to our hotel. He went above and beyond for us while we were in Cairo and even after. I’m truly thankful for his guidance and friendship. Ahmed was our guide for the pyramids and museum. He was so knowledgeable and patient while we took 100s of photos all day. You’re very lucky if you get to meet him! We were sent the full schedule on the first day of the trip, so it was nice to know what to expect. We were also given the contact information for all of our drivers and guides throughout the trip. They sent specific pick up times ahead of time so that we knew when we should go to bed or get ready. We could reach out to them directly on the day of or the company WhatsApp whenever needed. All of our hotels, cars, and meals were excellent. My mom and I are both gluten free, and we were preparing to have issues eating during the trip. It was never a concern and each place we went to eat was able to accommodate. The river cruise was lovely, and on a nicer boat than expected. It’s important to note that the schedule on those days is quite flexible because it’s completely dependent on the timing of the lock. We were running late in the river the 1 day so we ended up having to move things around. We were still able to see everything on the itinerary so it wasn’t an issue. Our tour guide in Luxor was Peter, and he came to see us on the boat to walk us through the new itinerary even when it could have just been a message sent. That was so appreciated, as he didn’t have to go out of the way like that. Our original itinerary included going to Jordan. Given everything going on right now we had to pivot to Hurghada. When I first started arranging our trip I had asked about golfing. The person booking hotels remembered that from months earlier, and ensured our resort in Hurghada was on a golf course. It was such a beautiful place, and we were able to go snorkelling, diving, and horse riding on the beach. For budgeting purposes it’s best to look up the costs of entry for each of the archeological sites, as they are not included in the original price. It’s all very reasonable but good to note. Thank you again to everyone we met and interacted with on our trip, there were truly no low points and it’s a testament to the whole team working around the clock at Travel Chance!!Show more

  Everything starting from meeting at Cairo Airport to final transfer to Hurghada airport was perfectly organised . The tourgides were knowledgeable and took a good care of our group. Hotel accommodation in Aswan , Luxor and.espesially in Hurghada was good quality and at centrally location. We learned so much about the milenials old.Egyptian history, saw all major touristic destinations.and.booked.optional tours. Now we feel Egypt much closer and will probably come.back again..   From the moment we made the booking right up until departure, the service and communication was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for Emmy and the team. I was unhappy with the Aswan hotel I had booked myself and mentioned it in passing, within minutes the manager called and moved us to a much more suitable room with lovely views of the Nile and a complimentry fruit basket arrived! The guides, transfers and tours were excellent and the 3 night Nile cruise was wonderful. We had an upgrade to a better ship including a Royal Suite! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other travellers (and I'm a fussy travel agent!). Top marks to the whole team.Show more
