You'll meet the group on Monday 15 January at 4pm at our Sydney office.

How much are all the experiences- eg kayaking, Noosa National Park fees, boat trip to Whitsundays etc. As some things are described as included- eg flight over Whitsundays, but most things aren't detailed as such. How much money will all these trips and activities cost? What is included and what isn't?

For the tour with all the inclusions, it's $3999AUD. You can book extra activities through us as well. You can either book them in advance or you can wait until you're on tour - it's completely up to you! Additional tours include: Rainforest Road Trip Add On, Skydive, Bungy Jump, Surf Lesson, White Water Rafting, Dive Course.

Is tour space guaranteed on November 20th?

Currently, we have 3x spaces left on this tour. I would recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid missing out on a space as this date has been getting booked very quickly!

  I've looked at your tour inclusions and I'm afraid I'm still confused. Is there any way you can send me a direct comprehensive list of what is and isn't included? Like the kayaking is on the 'optional extras' list, so I'm assuming this is not included? Because it is on the itinerary. If so, how much for this? It would also be great if you could send the prices of those extras you have listed there as well, i.e. the bungee jumping that would be great.

  All inclusions within the East Coast Tour are on the website in the itinerary section. The itinerary and inclusions list does state the sunset kayaking in Byron Bay is included, it is not an optional extra.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before March 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Welcome To Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
