Itinerary
- Day 1
Dublin to Kinsale
You'll leave Dublin heading south through the green farming counties toward Cork. First stop is Cahir Castle sitting on the River Suir, where you can walk through the historic grounds. After that, you'll get to Blarney Castle and have the option to kiss the Blarney Stone if you're interested. Then there's time at the Middleton Whiskey Distillery to learn how whiskey gets made and try a sample. By evening, you'll arrive in Kinsale, a fishing village with colorful houses lining the harbor and a good bit of local activity in the streets and pubs.

- Day 2
Kinsale to Kilkenny
Starting from Kinsale, you'll drive to Cobh, the historic port town where the Titanic made its final stop before heading across the Atlantic. The route takes you along the Copper Coast, a UNESCO Geopark with great coastal views and dramatic geology. Next is Waterford, Ireland's oldest city with Viking roots going back centuries. You can tour the Waterford Crystal factory or check out the Viking Triangle with its museums and historical sites. From there, you'll continue to Kilkenny, a vibrant town full of restaurants and pubs where there's a real sense of community and character.

Kilkenny to Dublin
You'll have time to explore Kilkenny on your own this morning, checking out whatever interests you most. Then you'll head north into Wicklow Mountains National Park to see the steep granite cliffs and walk through the landscape. The main stop here is Glendalough, a 6th century monastery site with an iconic round tower that's been standing for over a thousand years. You'll drive through the central part of the national park, crossing over Sally Gap, and then make your way back to Dublin for the end of the trip.
