The air package will depend on a few things. We can get you a quote if you let us know which gateway you would be using. We can request (not guarantee) certain number of connections. You would be able to pick seats once the flights have been ticketed, which is typically 30 days before travel.

Will you make the arrangements for flights to Asia? How much will return flights from Syracuse NY cost?

The price of air can vary depending on the date. What date were you thinking of and do you want round trip air from Syracuse and what class of service would you like? We will be happy to give you a quote on our air package. With the air package it includes the transfers and a Sedan Service that will pick you up at home and take you to the airport from most major airports, and home again within 50 miles at no extra charge and up to 75 miles at a small charge. Remember the first day of our tours it the fly day. If the tour says April 25 that is the day you leave Syracuse and arrive on the April 26 most tours have only dinner on the arrival day.

  Yes you are able to book the reservation and not book the air with Collette. The internal flights I went over however are not optional. The cost of the inter flights will be added to the reservation. You would pay after the reservation is confirmed.

  We are thinking of a mid to late September departure. Can you also include a departure from Ottawa Ontario as it would be more convenient

  Yes the only date in Sept. is the 19th. You will fly out and arrive on the 20th when you have the first hotel. Nothing is schedule so flying in late, you will not miss anything. Than your return is on Oct. 7th.

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of $349 is required to confirm your booking with Collette. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Collette will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
