Luang Prabang Tours & Trips
Have you heard about the Southeast Asian town where French colonial charm meets Buddhist temples? Luang Prabang sits where the Mekong and Nam Khan rivers converge, temples scattered throughout. Morning alms-giving with monks is special, and Kuang Si Falls outside town has those turquoise pools for swimming. Climb Phousi Hill for sunset views, explore Wat Xieng Thong, and eat near the night market.

Great tour! Everything went smoothly from airport pickup to train station drop off. The hotel was in a central location so you can explore the city by foot. The Night market, Mekong river, Phousi hill, and lots of restaurants were within walking distance from the hotel. The day activities were totally worth it. The tour guides for the activities were all very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour!

The tour was beyond expectations. As my guide, Boun provided knowledgeable cultural information so I could learn and grow on the tour. English was always quite easy to understand. We had a variety of experiences/adventures and she was always attentive to the needs of the traveler. With Yulee as our driver, he ensured our safety and was incredibly considerate throughout the 4 days, providing refreshing cold water and stopping at unplanned requests. Very professional overall and I highly recommend both Boun and Yulee for anyone traveling to Loas.

Best tour companies for Luang Prabang tours
For anyone looking at tours in Laos, we've gathered some solid feedback about three companies worth considering. Vietlong Travel has gotten good notes from our travelers - they're particularly strong with their trip planning and guide quality. One of their guides, Phalla M, really stands out for sharing deep cultural knowledge and historical details about Laos. Indochina Today Travel is doing well with their complete packages. Their hotels hit the mark, the itineraries work nicely and their guides know their stuff. Tom, who handles their tours, gets mentioned often for being quick to respond and helpful with arrangements. Legend Travel Group rounds out the options nicely, offering good value for money and efficient service. They've got the main Laos highlights covered in their tours and their past clients have had some really memorable experiences with them. Each of these companies brings something different to the table, but they share solid planning abilities and local expertise. It's worth noting that while we don't have extensive reviews for any of them, the feedback we do have is consistently positive, especially about their guide quality and attention to detail.
