Itinerary
- Day 1
Verona
You'll arrive in Verona and head to your hotel (transfers can be arranged for a fee). After you're settled in, there's a hands-on gelato-making class at 3:30 PM where you'll learn from a local chef how to make traditional Italian gelato and semifreddo from the ground up. You'll work through the ingredient prep, pick up the techniques that matter, and walk away with your own creations plus the recipes to try at home.

Verona
Following breakfast, you'll join a guided tour of the Verona Arena, the remarkably preserved Roman amphitheatre sitting right in the city center. Your local guide will walk you through the history of gladiators and ancient Roman games, and explain how this structure survived an earthquake back in the 12th century. These days it functions as one of Europe's finest open-air opera venues, so you'll get a real sense of its cultural importance.

Landmarks Verona Arena - Day 3
Lake Garda - Sirmione
You'll leave Verona and drive to Lake Garda, heading to the medieval village of Sirmione with its castle, villas, and clear waters. A boat tour takes you around the peninsula where you can see ancient Roman villas and the Grotte di Catullo from the water. After that, you'll walk the cobblestone streets with your guide, then have free time to browse shops, relax by the lake, and try the local gelato before heading back to Verona.
