Our first guide that led us on our first full day in Istanbul and following days in Kusadasi, Pamukkale and Ephesus was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and fun, and it was a very enjoyable time with him and the group, covering some important sites. Next was Cappadocia where we met a different tour leader, who was also good. Back in Istanbul we had a third and final guide. He was ok, however the tour was supposed to cover Topkapi, Blue Mosque, the hippodrome a n d the Grand Bazaar and run from 9am - 4pm. He took us to each site and gave us an overview, told us to go back another time and explore inside ourselves, then by 1pm he took us to the Grand Bazaar and left us at that point. The Hotel in Kusadasi was well located and had a fabulous view, but a bit weird and had a damp/mold issue that should be addressed. The Hotel in Urgup was lovely, although a bit awkward to reach with your bags since the street is too narrow for cars. The tour guides were absolutely fabulous, Bunyamin in Istambul, Ismail in Kusadasi/Efesus/Pamukkale, and Said in Cappadocia. All of them were incredibly knowledgeable, patient and gracious. The food was good and healthy at most meals. Turkey was beautiful, safe, clean and our exeperince with the tour operator was very positive. The itinerary was very well thought out. If I booked a day tour to try on our last day in Istanbul (day 8) would I be Able to organise another nights accommodation and the transfer to the airport via you? Is this the best way to do this?

We organise day tour to Troy from istanbul but please note its about 6 hours drive from istanbul. We recommend you to book 2 extra nights because of distance otherwise it will be too tiring for you. The Tour and extra accomodation will cost you 250 dollars us per person.

Day 8 as usual is last day so in day 8 you will drive to gallipoli visit the battlefields and this night you will stay in canakkale. The next day you will visit troy and after tour you will return back to istanbul and stay overnight.
