The package has a minimum age requirement of 3 years old. Due to platform limitations, the booking system only allows reservations for adults. However, once you complete the booking for the adults, we'll be happy to add the two children to your quote manually and apply the discount accordingly.

Would the price change if we stay in the same hotel room?

The price per person for this package is based on a double accommodation basis (2 people per room). So, the price does not change if it is two people per room, the price changes when it is only 1 person in 1 room.

If you would like to add more Aurora viewing nights, for sure we can coordinate that. This package already includes 3 nights of accommodation and Aurora Viewing, meaning you sould be covered, however if you plan on staying more nights at Whitehorse, we can for sure help you add nights to your package. As this is a whole bundle/package, there is no price reduction or nights without Aurora Viewing tour during the program period.

Can I personalize my tour package?

Personalization is generally not available for preset tours, but you can inquire about day excursions.

The applicable rate per person remains the same $1,006.95 on a double accommodation basis, and the available accomodation is a room with a 1 king bed. Once you confirm the reservation, we will arrange the reservation, inquiring for a single bed at the hotel.

Would have been nice to split those activities up and not leave Friday wide open with nothing. We don’t have transportation and walking around in such cold temps- we didn’t get far. The wildlife tour and hot springs was very good. The city tour- much was closed because of unusually large amount of snowfall. Didn’t see aurora, but no control over that!Show more

The Aurora Viewing and Wildlife tour was fast paced, scheduled daytime activities and staying awake half the night. Whitehorse is a friendly walkable town with delicious food and cute shops. Our tour guides were polite and knowledgeable and always concerned about our safety. I only have one complaint, the outhouses at the Aurora Center. I understand the wilderness location makes washroom luxuries impossible. But making outhouses a little bigger would make it easier to use. Also the floor was slippery, maybe rubber mat would help. Thanks for everything. The Aurora was a spiritual experience I’ll never forget.Show more
