  Abdel was a fantastic, authentic and attentive guide with lots of energy and patience who really looked after us and organised the tour very well, timings, meet up with local guides, quick check-ins were very smooth and he responded quickly to any requests. Our Tour May 25 was a fantastic experience with 24 in our friendly party of mixed ages but mainly older. This tour involves long journeys by air conditioned coach/minibus but Abdel made sure we had enough toilet/picture stops every 1.5 hours as there is no toilet on the coach in Morocco. I saw some amazing sights. souks and Kasbahs and experiences, Chefchaouen blue city was fabulous, Todra Gorges, driving through Atlas Mountains, Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, and Mezouga desert camp, the dinner show with belly dancing and magician at Fez. I leaned a lot about Berber culture and nomadic lifestyle and music. I cannot recommend this tour enough but with a few tweaks would be even better. The accommodation experience was mixed but the rooms were large and the family hotel in Dades valley was a lovely location and experience. The Mezouga desert camp with included sunset camel ride and 4 x 4 jeep was a once in a lifetime experience. The tents were very basic without air conditioning it was so hot in the tent trying to sleep on our free afternoon (I had to have 2 cold showers to cool down) - maybe a 1 star but it is in the Sahara desert and the food and the toilet/shower facilities were adequate, but I would have liked the option to upgrade to better accommodation.Show more

  Overall, it was a very nice round trip. I experienced great moments and collected wonderful memories. Abdul is an excellent tour guide. He gave me so much knowledge about Morocco and life there - great. I also liked the fact that we were a small group, so we were able to get to know each other well. However, I would change one thing, hence only 4 stars. In summer, with the temperatures, one night in a tent in the Sahara is enough. It would be nice if the second night there was in an air-conditioned room. Otherwise I can only recommend the tour.Show more

  The trip was great, Morocco is an amazing country. The date selected was not the e best though, middle of summer was super hot, the two days in the desert we really suffered, to stay in the tents was not healthy and we had to sleep outside. The guide was very good, knowledgeable and helpful. However the city tours I would have expected to be in a slower pace to have time to see more things and take pictures, with less time inside the selected shops to buy and less time taken for lunch.Show more

  The tour was OK. I do not think it was a 4 star stay as advertised but could be according to local standards. The tour felt rushed as we kept being taken from market to market without being given time to experience it and shop. When we were given time to shop, it was in specific shops chosen by the guide (tourist traps with higher prices than in the normal market). The last stop Ouarzazate was not worth it therefore may be better to take the 9 day option. Regarding the price - it was sold at a "50% discount". If it had been "full price", I would have been bitterly disappointed.Show more

  I was hesitant to go to Morocco as I had a poor experience travelling to Tunisia on my own so a tour seemed like the ideal solution and as I had a great experience with Travel Talk in the Balkans I chose them. I was not disappointed the guide, Abder was great and the group were lovely. Not all of the hotels lived up to 4* and there were some long days in the bus but that really didn't matter and there were so many highlights. The only thing that bugged me was the local guide in Fez (the company has to employ a local guide in imperial cities) whose chauvinism was staggering and it was the only day I didn't enjoy out of the 12. I have made new lasting friendships and would definitely travel with them again.Show more
