Overall, the tour was absolutely wonderful. Carlos was an outstanding guide for me and my friend as we traversed the northern parts of Italy. The highlights for us were the different places we got to see in a good amount of time, the diversity in the locations picked, the information on the places we visited by Carlos and the additional tour guides in the bigger cities, and the recommendations on local attractions. It was so amazing to not only tour so much of Italy at once, but to get it all in a reasonable time with the opportunity to explore the cities on our own. It didn't feel like we had to always be with our tour group and that so refreshing. It felt like we were really looked after and cared for by the tour guide and we were also allowed to have liberty on the trip. A perfect balance. The transportation via bus was also outstanding and Valta was an excellent driver. The only critiques we had about the tour were communication felt a little skewed and disorganized regarding what we were doing each day. Things at times felt a little last minute and changed, but we also understand things happen. Perhaps in the future, just a little more structure and premeditation on what we are doing. Instant communication outside of the actual groups would help too. Maybe a group chat via WhatsApp or email? At times we had questions, and we didn't have a way to reach people. The only other issue was the hotel we stayed at in Florence was fine except for the food. It was a little disappointing that our one dinner that was paid for was at a hotel rather than a local restaurant and the food at the hotel was rather mediocre compared to the rest of our culinary experience. I wouldn't recommend doing hotel dinners in the future. The breakfasts were fine. All this to say this was an excellent trip and the issues we had were truthfully minuscule compared to the overall brilliant experienced we had. We thoroughly enjoyed your services and the next time we travel abroad; I will look at what options you have. Thank you again, for everything. You made our first time abroad truly magical.Show more
