I'd like to organize a 7 or 8 day tour of Albania that combines elements of 3 other tours: 1) Albanian Riviera; Saranda, Ksamil, Himara & Dhermi, 2) Berat and UNESCO sites, 3) Komani Lake & Valbona Valley. There will be 8-10 of us all traveling together in my group. We would start around July 5, 2026, but the start date is flexible around then.

Do you recommend Theth national park as more impressive to see than Valbona, if we have only the 8 days? It's possible as few as 8, or as many as 20 people could be in my group... what is the maximum size group you could accommodate? Would there be any options to stay in 4-star or more accommodations? Since this will be in July 2026, when should I plan to book this trip by?

Do you operate tours during the Christmas. We plan on spending the new year in Tirana as well.

We do operate during Christmas, yes however for New Years Day on 01 Jan, most things will be closed due to it being a day with family. If you are on a 5 day or 7 day tour, of course this will still run.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Choose Balkans. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 67 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Choose Balkans will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Choose Balkans" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
