Itinerary
- Day 1
Oslo to Valdres
Heading out from Oslo Central Bus Station on the Valdresekspressen express bus, you'll travel about 3 hours through Norwegian mountains, valleys, rivers, and farmland toward the Valdres and Jotunheimen regions. After arriving in Fagernes, a 30-minute transfer gets you to the hotel. Depending on when you arrive, you can walk around the area, check your equipment, or take a short ski tour to get oriented.

- Days 2 - 5
Valdres
Over the next four days, you're doing daily cross-country skiing from the lodge with access to over 140 km of groomed trails. Each morning you get descriptions of five trail options ranging from 15 to 30 km with different difficulty levels. Terrain varies between spruce and birch forests to open mountain plateaus. Forest trails give you wind protection while the plateau routes offer wider views. All routes are marked well and work for beginners through experienced skiers. You'll have maps and guidance to choose trails based on weather and snow each day.

Valdres to Oslo
The hotel arranges a transfer back to Fagernes where you board the bus at 11:45 am for the 3-hour ride to Oslo Bus Station and Airport Gardermoen. From there you can set up your trip home or make arrangements for your next destination.
