All of our local guides were excellent, informative and interesting. Accommodation was all good and staff at all of our accommodation went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Would definitely recommend this company for tours in Morocco!!!Show more

  Too many riads and old towns. The riads were very basic and had a few issues: 1) One riad did not have enough bath towels so they gave me a bath robe instead! 2) One did not offer any protein (not even an egg) for breakfast. 3) The upgrade at Sahara Desert to the luxury tent did not have any hot water so we could not shower, even though a staff member there said they had hot water. The driver was generally good and tried to look after us. However, one incident could have managed better. One solo traveller was doing optional balloon ride and was coming back late by an hour. This delayed our local guided tour. When we had the local guide, he was in a bad mood due to the delay so he just took us around the medina but did not talk to us like a tour guide giving information. The driver could have managed the delay from the balloon company better so the local guide could go ahead on time. The tour company was good to deal with on the admin side and also tried to accommodate my requests. Just be mindful the tour is very basic and you will face riads that are at the lower end of the comfort scale. There were not enough variety that my wife thought Morocco was all about medinas and riads!Show more

  Our experience with Morocco tours was very good. Karim our driver was very patient,very helpful and overall awesome personality to deal with 6 ladies. We love him. We had guides at every city explaining all the relevant historical stuff. All the places we visited were really good and the luxury camp at the desert was very memorable. Camel rides and Quad trip was exciting and eventful. Our stay in most of the hotels were good. The hotels near Fez and Dades Valley were below par, the bathrooms did not have a door only a curtain and were not clean. Other than this we had a great time learning the history and we shopped at the medina. Moroccan art and architecture was very beautiful and breathtaking.Will certainally recommend them to future travellers just be a bit proactive with your hotel reservations. Please ask for Karim he is the best he made our trip very enjoyable listening to Indian music and singing along. Best 10 days of my life. Thank you to Karim and the Morocco Tour company.Show more

  Excellent and well organised tour. The sites/places covered in our 10 day tour was excellent. All hotele/riads were good, except for the Casablanca hotel( Oum Palace) which was below par mainly because the room and the water had a stagnant stale stench. Our driver/guide Hassan was with us for the entire trip which was a huge plus. He was an excellent and safe driver and also very humble and courteous . He really made our trip memorable by his actions and we wish him all the best for his future. I would thoroughly recommend Morocco Tours to everyone and also looking forward to use the Tour Radar platform for future holidays.Show more

  This tour was a lovely way to see every ecosystem of Southern Morocco. From the minute I booked my tour and even throughout out travels, the organizers communities extensively via TourRadar and WhatsApp to arrange pick up and ensure that the trip was as expected. We stayed deep in the Medina in Marrakech the first day and though it took some time to locate us, they were determined to and did, arriving right on time. We got to see every single part of Southern Morocco, stopping for just enough time at various lookouts and other monuments that we remained entertained and not bored. I will say that there is a lot of time in the car for this trip - multiple hours per day. However, it was never uncomfortable (there was Wi-Fi and air conditioning) and that it simply is the nature of traveling in such a vast area. The stay at the luxury desert camp was lovely (I highly recommend the upgrade), with a silent stay in the Erg Chebbi and an hour long round trip camel ride (it is not as terrifying as you think!). The dinner this night was one of the best we had in Morocco and the Wi-Fi somehow better than that at most riads we stayed at in various other Moroccan cities. There seems to be a problem with flies, however, at this camp and that was a bit gross. Nevertheless, the camp was excellent with outside water heat and pressure and a comfortable bed. The last day was a bit rough because of the eight-hour trip to Fez from the Erg Chebbi and having known about it earlier, I would have preferred that the trip be made overnight. It simply was too long to do in one go. One thing we wished for was a more communicative driver. Ours was extremely nice, but would herd us into the bus without telling us where we were going or how long it would take to get there, so it was always a big guess. Overall, we are incredibly happy with this trip and was worth far more than what we paid. Highly recommend to anyone considering.Show more
