  I will be 78 years old at time of the trip—haven't booked yet. I am in reasonable shape typical for my age. Although it mentions that you can be 99 years old for the trip, I want to be cautious and relatively certain that I am physically able to enjoy the trip.

    We are vegetarian, can eat eggs but no meat or fish. Will the tour guide help us in finding the vegetarian food / snack for the times when the meals are not covered by the tour?

    Since the flight reaches during night time in Ashgabat, will your company do booking in the hotel so that we can get the room at night time on arrival? Also please clarify if we want to arrive one day prior to that, can you do one night pre tour booking for us and with that will someone will come to receive us at the airport on our arrival?

    What is our group size for the 5 stan tour departing on the 9th June 2025? Will there be any travellers from other tour operators or only from the Inspiring vacations in Australia and New Zealand?

    Most hotels provide bottled water and tea/coffee facilities. Our tour leader will assist in finding vegetarian options, including snacks when meals aren't covered. The 9th June 2025 departure is currently confirmed with 4 passengers, and we have successfully run many tours in the region. Group size is Min 1 - Max 12. There will be only Intrepid travellers on this itinerary.

    A complimentary arrival transfer is included for this trip. This can be offered if you are arriving on day 1 of the trip or if pre-accommodation is booked at the same tour starting point hotel. Pre-nights can be booked through us or directly with the hotel. For your confirmed airport arrival transfer, your driver will wait for you in the arrival hall after you've cleared customs and received your luggage, holding an Intrepid sign.

    Turkmenistan is safe as long as local rules are followed. You can register with your embassy for peace of mind. All travellers require a visa and a Letter of Invitation for Turkmenistan. Our local operator can apply for the LOI on your behalf.
