- APamela· May 2nd, 2023Everything was amazing! British airlines is a little bit tight for such a long flight. It seems there should be more legroom for ability to move around. The MS Mayfair was a little bit on the older side compared to the other ships that we disembarked as we walk through… They were much more elegant than the MS Mayflower. Although the stuff on the Mayflower was amazing, and our tour guide was excellent… The excursions were amazing! So I was very pleased. It was fast paced and not for the faint of heart for sure… A 2 o'clock wake up call was a little bit out of my comfort zone but I understand why! Asked on September 30th, 2025What is the usual group size (number of participants) for this tour? What category of hotels do you normally use during the program? Is it possible to upgrade the hotel category if requested? Which Nile cruise ship is most frequently used for this departure? Could you kindly share photos of the cabins? What is included onboard the cruise (e.g., Wi-Fi, beverages, excursions)? Are there any optional tours or upgrades that we should be aware of?
GlobusOperator•Written September 2025Our standard group size is approximately up to 44 people. Globus has made a commitment to place guests in first-class hotels or better, located centrally in the overnight location allowing for maximum sightseeing opportunities. We do not offer rooms upgrades but guests are welcome to check with the front desk when they arrive. The Cruise portion of the tour is on MS Royal Lily. The ship is subject to change without notice. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is included each day onboard the ship. One glass of wine or beer per person is included with each lunch and each dinner as well. We do offer some included excursions and there may be some optional excursions avialable for purchase. All optional excursions will be advised once the booking is confirmed and withing 90 days of departure. We do not offer an internet packages but guests may be able to inquire about that once onboard.
