- Day 1
Johannesburg to Kruger National Park
You'll leave your Johannesburg hotel early and drive to Kruger National Park, heading toward the Letaba area in the park's central section. After arriving, you'll head out on an afternoon game drive in a safari truck where lions, elephants, and rhinos might cross your path. You'll spend the night at a tented camp.

Kruger National Park to Awelani Lodge
Wake up to the sounds of the bush and head out early on a game drive into the remote northern Pafuri region. You'll look for rare wild dogs and elephant herds moving through the mopane woodland. Later in the afternoon, you'll exit the park and drive to Awelani Lodge, a community-run eco-tourism property just outside the park's gates.

South Africa to Zimbabwe
You'll cross the border from South Africa into Zimbabwe today, traveling through lively villages with nice views of the southern African landscape. By late afternoon you'll arrive at your hotel, which sits right next to the historic ruins of Great Zimbabwe.

Great Zimbabwe to Matobo National Park
Start by exploring the well-preserved stone ruins of Great Zimbabwe (built between the 11th and 14th centuries) with a local guide on a short hike. Then you'll drive past Bulawayo to Matobo National Park where rugged rock formations contrast with green vegetation. You'll end the day with a sundowner overlooking the vast mountain landscape.

- Day 5
Matobo National Park
In the morning, you'll visit World's View vantage point and the nearby grave of Cecil John Rhodes. Later you'll take a guided hike and game drive through Matobo Hills where rhinos might appear. You'll also explore ancient African rock paintings, one of the special features of this region.

- Days 6 - 7
Matobo Hills to Hwange National Park
After leaving Matobo Hills in the morning, you'll drive to Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe's largest national park. Once you settle in at the safari camp, you'll prepare for a full day of safari tomorrow exploring the park's famous elephant population and diverse wildlife.

- Days 8 - 9
Victoria Falls
You'll drive to Victoria Falls and walk through tropical vegetation to reach the edge of 'Mosi oa Tunya' (The Smoke That Thunders). The waterfall offers great photography opportunities when water levels are low or impressive cascades during African winter. Optional activities like helicopter flights over the falls are available.

- Day 10
Victoria Falls to Chobe National Park, Botswana
You'll travel from Victoria Falls to Botswana and arrive at your accommodation on the banks of the Chobe River. You'll enjoy a boat tour on the river with a sundowner drink, where you'll likely see large elephant herds and other animals coming to drink from the riverbank.

Chobe National Park to Nata
After breakfast, you can join an early morning safari drive through Chobe National Park searching for elephants, buffalo, lions, and wild dogs. Then you'll drive south through the forest reserve toward the Nata region.

Okavango Delta
You'll start your Okavango Delta adventure in an open four-wheel drive vehicle, then transition to traditional mokoro dugout canoes. You'll glide silently through the delta's reeds past water lilies and tree-covered islands. You'll camp on a remote island and explore the delta with guided walks while learning about local culture around the campfire.

- Day 14
Okavango Delta to Maun
You'll say farewell to the Okavango Delta and glide back in mokoros, reaching Maun in the late afternoon. Here you have the opportunity to take an optional panoramic flight over the delta for a unique aerial perspective.

- Day 15
Kalahari to Goo Moremi Gorge
You'll travel south through the Kalahari Desert to Goo Moremi Gorge, passing through remote villages where small herds of zebra mingle with cattle. As you reach the gorge, the Tswapong Mountains appear on the horizon. You'll visit the nature reserve to see endangered Cape vultures nesting on rocky cliffs of the waterfall.

- Day 16
Goo Moremi Gorge to Johannesburg
Your adventure ends today. You'll be driven to the airport after the round trip, arriving approximately at 5 pm. A return flight departing at 8 pm is recommended. The official tour ends around 6 pm in Johannesburg.
