I was impressed with the food presented at meal times. Fresh salad for the wraps at lunch and hot cooked breakfast and evening meals. The guides had a keen eye for spotting things that needed attention before it became a bigger problem. I was in awe of the guides strength in carrying the extra 10 or more kgs than what I had on my back. All staff were highly professonal and pleasant company all through the experience.
