    Hello Linda, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely value all reviews, as they help us improve and better understand our guests’ experiences. I’d like to acknowledge that while some of your points are valid and already noted in our internal reports, there are also aspects of your review that seem influenced by the concern around the additional charge. I completely understand how unexpected costs can feel personal and affect the overall perception of a trip—this is a very natural reaction. At the same time, it’s important to consider the broader context. Joining a trip midway can sometimes create differences in expectations versus the original structure of the experience. Our intention is always to be as transparent and fair as possible, and we regret if this was not fully aligned in your case. Please know that your comments have been taken seriously, and we are actively working on improvements where needed. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and every piece of feedback contributes to refining our service. We truly hope there may be another opportunity in the future to welcome you again and provide you with a much better experience that reflects the standards we aim to deliver. Warm regards,

    Do you pick-up and drop off at the airport on the first and last days? Day 1 we would arrive at 10:45 am so out by 11:30am. In which cities do we get a Local guide. Many of the descriptions make it sound like we would be wandering on our own. Are entrance fees to all the attractions included ? Are Breakfasts and dinners included? Accommodations are not listed?

    • Desertbrise TravelOperatorWritten January 2026

      Yes, airport pick-up and drop-off are included.
      On Day 1, we will meet you at the airport after your arrival at 10:45 am (approximately 11:30 am exit time). On the last day, a private transfer to the airport will be arranged according to your departure time.

      This is not a self-guided tour. You will be accompanied throughout the trip by a private English-speaking driver. In addition, licensed local guides are included in the Imperial Cities:

      * Casablanca (Hassan II Mosque)
      * Rabat
      * Fes
      * Marrakech

      If you would like a local guide in any other city, this can be arranged upon request.

      Entrance fees to all monuments and attractions mentioned in the itinerary are included, including the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca and historical sites in Fes and Marrakech.

      Accommodation is included for all 11 nights in carefully selected riads and hotels, based on double occupancy. Accommodation category (standard, superior, or luxury) can be customized according to your preference.

      Daily breakfasts are included throughout the trip. Dinners are included only during the desert camp stay. Lunches and dinners in cities are not included, giving you the freedom to choose restaurants (recommendations will be provided)

      TravelerWritten January 2026

      Approximately how much cash will we need for dinners/lunch and what type of currency should we bring. Are credit cards widely accepted?

    • Desertbrise TravelOperatorWritten January 2026

      For lunches and dinners in cities (which are not included), we recommend budgeting approximately:

      Lunch: €8–15 per person
      Dinner: €12–20 per person

      For two adults, this usually comes to around €30–50 per day for meals, depending on restaurant choice. Bringing a little extra is always useful for small purchases or tips.

      The local currency is the Moroccan Dirham (MAD). We recommend bringing euros or US dollars and exchanging them upon arrival. Your driver can assist you with a reliable exchange office. ATMs are widely available in cities and major towns.

      Credit cards are accepted in most hotels, riads, and higher-end restaurants. However, many local restaurants, cafés, and small shops accept cash only. Visa and Mastercard are the most commonly accepted cards.

      For comfort, we recommend carrying a mix of cash (in dirhams) and a credit card.
