  It was an incredible well organised trip, from the pick up at the airport - I arrived at 2.50 am and I had the phone number of my driver for any emergency which I didn’t need because she was there, to the individual trips. All the guides (Sofia, José and José) were really friendly, approachable and especially very knowledgeable and all spoke an excellent English. The hotel Casa Blanca was nicely located not too far from the city centre and as a solo traveller I had some really fun mates I met. Shout out to the great Nohely who promptly responded to any questions I had. I appreciate that the guides were local and the tours we did had been well chosen. I can highly recommend it!!Show more

  i want to thank Tourradar from the bottom of my heart for the wonderfully organized, interesting, and memorable tour. Especially I would like to thank Nohely from SAT Mexico for her attention and care. The hotel , transfers, everyday tours –were on high level. Guides Daniel and Mario have been so informative and knowledgeable and they gave me the history and the taste of the city.   The trip was very well organized. I got picked up and dropped off to the airport without any problems. The drivers were very nice and accommodating.They gave me helpful tips and were patient with me practing Spanish. The hotel Regente was clean and the staff very nice. Everyone in general was always helpful with everything. My orgiinal.city Tour was cancelled but instead i was put on Xochimilko boat ride which was awesome and I am happy it all turned out that way.   Reason of saying poor: 1)There was no proper written or verbal communication & co.ordination prior to visits about tour planning except itinerary & vouchers. 2)On all the evenings we had to ask them about pickup & next day plan , there was no sincere efforts by Mexico finder or SAT MAX DMC . 3) While we were traveling from Peru & landed @ 5:20am on 21/09 in Mexico City. After Immigration, luggage collection when we searched in pickup hall , there was no representative from local co.ordinator for our Hotel drop. Then we called up both @ 6:54am Mexico finder & then @7:11am Sat max but none of them replied or found recorded voice in Spanish language. Of course it wasn't possible to understand being English speaking. Finally we had to hire a personal cab to our hotel. Although Sat Max paid for taxi charges after number of persuasion but they don't have courtesy to feel sorry for the inconvenience faced by us due to them. Still we haven't rated them "BAD" due to their only one staff Mr Jhoan Ramirez, who could reply & guide us atleast on our messaging...that was the only help. Also, guides were ok.   Hello Bhuvnesh, Our main interest is to ensure that our travellers enjoy every tour to the fullest and always encourage communication through the platform as the official channel. We're sorry to hear that you felt this communication wasn't enough, given that from the very first time you contacted us, we've been responding to your requests and even offering additional services to enhance your experience. The services were confirmed from the moment the vouchers were sent out, one for each service contracted (transfers / accommodation / tours), specifying the pick-up times of each day, so there was no need to reconfirm each service the night before, only in the event of a change in the itinerary it would have been necessary to inform you. As far as the transfer on arrival is concerned, we understand that the time between the arrival of the plane and the arrival hall is very variable, but the average waiting time is 1 hour. As more than an hour and a half had passed without contact on site the service was marked as a no show a situation that was explained at the time, and having the record of your call once this waiting time had already been exceeded. Our policy is that any service not used for any reason, including no-shows, will be charged in full. Due to the situation, you are aware of, the refund was applied. We are very sorry to hear that the overall experience was not a pleasant one.

  The tour was very good. I thought the hotel was in a great location and the breakfasts were delicious. The first day of touring at the pyramids was fantastic. RosaMaria is a very knowledgeable and personable guide. She easily explained everything in Spanish and English. Unfortunately, the second day of touring was not nearly as informative. The guide was very kind, but he was not able to communicate in English. He tried! Needless to say, if you sign up for an English language tour, that should be made available. I have a little Spanish, so I learned a little, but I do NOT recommend this tour for non Spanish speakers.Show more
