Please tell me the number of persons who travel on this trip and will there be 2 guides one in the back to make sure my wife does not lose the group.

The maximum group size is 18 for this tour and is escorted by 1 tour guide/driver. Our tours do not offer the option of 2 guides, so your wife will need to be able to keep up with the group.

The luggage restrictions are just that 1 carry on and a backpack so that is completely fine. To answer your question about room types a Twin room means 2 people in 1 room with 2 beds, and a Double means 2 people in 1 room with 1 bed.

Our Iceland Overnight Adventure has a minimum age of 8 at time of travel, so this tour wouldn't be suitable.
