In terms of getting me to the temples and the national parks the tour was fine. I was disappointed that the city accommodation was located in areas consisting of only hotels, and away from the old cities in Delhi and Jaipur. Surely staying close to these lively areas would be a more interesting experience? As it was the only places to eat or go out were the hotels. I was also disappointed that instead of taking me to markets the guides took us to stores where the items were expensive and cost more than what you would pay for at a duty free shop instead of taking us to markets where we could shop and compare prices. Presumably commissions had to be met. Also one carpet store is enough - seriously how many people want to bring a carpet in their luggage? It turned out that I was the only person on the tour and I would have appreciated warning about how many would be on the tour. Also some information about India prior to arrival in the country would have been much appreciated. The sites and the parks were enjoyable but I think that a lot of the real India was missed because of the issues I pointed out.Show more

However I would like to Reply to your concerns also Regarding hotels - You chose a group tour instead of private one, if you were so specific about your hotel location you shouls have chosen a private tour, though all of our Hotel are located in city centre only. and all our the locations are easily accesible by tuktuk rickshaw. Reagrding the shops we shall look into it, But you could have easily denied to go to the shops. reagrding the information on India, we did provide you notes about Indian system and practices, Moreover I was always in touch with you and you never informed us about any inconvenience, we cuuld have easily changed things for you had you given us any information then. kanha was the best national park to visit. Leopard national park was a very big disappointment: poor photo shooting because of the air pollution in india, the guides got to close with the cars and scared the leopards away, by trail 2 is a skeet shooting club where all you hear is gun fire the whole time, it never felt like a national park at all it reminded me of a scenic drive through where we parked and stared at rocks and tall grass with very few animals to no animals spotted except for the COMMON DEERS and MONKEYS most of the time (the monkeys will attempt to pee on you from above). i enjoyed the taj mahal and the texile shopping in jaipor. all the temples were all similar to me in design and decorations. the forts were different but interesting to see. alot of driving between city's 4-6hrs average each time. the food was enjoyable but most places the meals included were the buffet only were the regular resturante menu was not included in meals provided. i found that if i asked it is spicy and they say no assume it is mild to medium spicy. Any drinks outside of the 2 bottles of water provided daily plus whats in each hotel room is ON YOUR OWN DIME when you check out. my driver was decent but on the way back to the airport KINDLY SUGGESTED several times that i tip him $100-$200 at the airport in cash. Tipping is based on each persons experience they received and being told what to tip when its optional OFFENDED ME. Coming from the hospitality industry personally any tip personally given is greatly appreciated but being told what to tip is NOT ACCEPTABLE what so ever. the Hotels provided were ok but could have been better. the WiFi at most places was ok but in some it only worked in the reception area and sometimes would go in and out while in your room. i recommend while in India that you communicate through the whats app. i found that i could not make a single call home using their WiFi through WiFi calling.Show more

Having an Encounter with the WildLife is a matter of chance only though. Regarding the Drivers also we have taken strict actions and have Expelled them from our company, we shall never use their services. They should never have bothered you regarding the tips. we are very sorry that it happened. Having said that, we would like to add that these matter were not in our hands, We did try to provide you the best of services in terms of Transportation, Hotels, Guides, we always try to provode the best experience to our cleints but sometimes things go wrong and we feel soory for that. we shall look forward give the best to our clients Warm Regards Manish

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 15% is required to confirm your booking with MTA Destination Management Company. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
