Is it possible to upgrade hotels from a three star to 4 stars for a supplement. Also, is there a possibility to have single occupancy rooms.

Unfortunately upgrading to a different hotel is not something we are able to offer. We do offer single supplement rooms for this tour. During this tour, we stay in comfortable-graded hotels, in single or twin-share rooms with en-suite facilities. Most have air conditioning, WiFi and tea and coffee-making facilities. We recommend packing light as we'll be moving along every couple of nights. In Rome, we stay in a comfortable hotel in the city centre - the perfect base to explore the capital. Like most city centre hotels, the rooms are fairly small. While in Pompei, we stay at Hotel Amitrano, a lovely little family-run hotel full of character. It's in a fantastic location, near shops and restaurants and just a 10-minute walk to Pompeii. For our stay in Maiori, we use the Hotel Residence San Pietro. This hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. It has a fantastic pool and is just a 10-minute walk from the seafront, mostly along a pedestrian street with shops and cafes. In Sorrento, we stay at Hotel Nice. This small, cosy hotel right in the heart of Sorrento has been recently refurbished. It's in a perfect location, just a five-minute walk from the station and the main square, with comfortable rooms, a free safe, and a lovely roof terrace.

Could you please confirm if there is space available for the October 18th departure, as the website indicates there is 1 spot left? Additionally, can you verify if "Hike the Path of the Gods" is included, or if it can be arranged separately? Lastly, please confirm if the accommodation is fully private with private bathroom.

"Hike the Path of the Gods" is not included, in this trip. It is not an option we can add onto this trip. We do offer Hike the Path of the Lemons on day 5. There is one space left on this departure Oct. 18. Rooms do come with fully private en-suite bathroom facilities.

The tour is a group trip with max of 16 and has a tour leader who is with you during your trip.

Unfortunately we do not have a departure one week earlier for this trip. We have a departure 21 June or August 30th. Do you have flexibility with your dates?

Is it possible to arrange airport transfers for a fee on this Rome, Sorento, Almafi Coast tour?

For this tour, we do offer a complimentary arrival transfer from the Rome (FCO) Airport to our start hotel for flights arriving anytime on Day 1 of the itinerary. At the end of the tour, we also offer a complimentary departure transfer from our end hotel to the Naples (NAP) Airport for flights departing anytime on Day 8 of the itinerary.

Can we add additional dates to sorrento? Do we get transfers from Rome to hotel and to airport at the end of the trip?

We provide an arrival transfer on the first day from Rome airport to joining hotel. Then on the last day of the trip, the transfer is to Naples airport.

Is travel insurance necessary for this tour?

While travel insurance is not included, it is highly recommended for peace of mind during your travels.

The only real negative was the train ride from Rome to Naples. I’m not sure if the wrong car was booked, but we had nowhere to put our luggage. The overhead bins were too small for anything other than a carry-on size suitcase.Show more

Our group size was small- only nine people but we appreciated the small group size. Hotel accommodations were nice and getting around to all the different cities was made easy by the tour company and guide. In 10 days, we explored Rome, Napoli, Sorrento, Ravella, the Amalfi coast.
