      There will be a triple bed room, either in hotel Manaslu or in Hukum Durbar, depending on availability. Hotel Batika in Pokhara or similar, and Hotel Earthlight or similar in Chitwan. There will be no driver/guide with you all the time. Only during the sightseeing, you will meet your guide.

      There will be guide or driver or office representative at different points. For airport transfers we use private cars and while doing the sightseeing we use local expert guides. While going from one city to another we drop you to Deluxe coaches. While reaching the city another local guide will come to pick you up. This is how the trip arrangements will be made.

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before October 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Swotah Travel and Adventure. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Swotah Travel and Adventure will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
