A classic group would be a maximum of 40 guests and a small group departure would be a maximum of 24 guests.

  • C

    Asked on October 18th, 2022

I suffer from anxiety attacks. My companion dog is trained s a Medical Alert Dog. May she accompany me?

    Travel Support
    • Insight VacationsOperatorWritten October 2022

Here is our policy regarding service dogs. We would need specific requirements form on file as soon as you booked so that we could make all operational partners and other guests aware. If a blind guest, who is travelling with a sighted companion, wishes to bring their guide dog as well, we are not allowed to refuse to carry the animal. We do not make an extra charge, but we also do not provide food. It is the guest's responsibility to obtain the necessary import/export licenses for the countries visited by the trip and the necessary vaccinations. We are unable to assist in this process. All countries visited by the tour/guided vacation, whether overnight or not, must be covered by the dog's paperwork. The guest should also contact their airline directly. We must be informed immediately upon being advised of the guest's wish to bring the animal, as we require a 2-month notice period. We will contact all the booking offices so that all other guests on the trip can be advised in advance to ensure that none of them suffer from allergies. Besides we must also ensure that there is enough space on the coach, by ensuring that we do not sell all the seats. Note: Emotional Support Dogs (ESD) are not the same as service dogs and are not afforded the same rights as the latter. They can be registered as a service animal, but this does not make them a service animal, nor does it entitle them to the rights of one.

    Asked on April 4th, 2022

If our flight arrives 1 day earlier n we make our own accomodation there. What time do we need go back to the airport for the pick up by and for the tour or can pick up at accommodation?

    Accommodation
    Flights / Transfers
    • Insight VacationsOperatorWritten April 2022

We can offer the transfer at any time, but we recommend arriving to the airport no later than 3 PM so you can get to the hotel and be settled prior to the welcome dinner.
