Can this tour be customized?

Our Welcome Tours cannot be customised. Every tour is an 8 day adventure beginning on the Sunday of each week carrying through to the following Sunday. We have Mini-Packs that begin each Wednesday and these are condensed versions of our 8 day tours.

I noticed an age limit of 18-39. Why is that? Is it because it this tour requires strenuous activity? My question is: Do you make any exceptions? I'm 45 but I'm in good shape and pretty much healthy :)

It's actually because we are a tour company created for travellers on a working holiday visa. This means our average age is around 23.

I am from Brisbane but I need a holiday and people to go with ahaha. Is there many Aussies that join these types of tours?

The tours are more designed for backpackers or working holiday makers. We haven't had any Australians do the tour before but there isn't anywhere that says that an Australian can't do the tour. We can also help you book a personalised trip around the Sydney area if you are interested.

Welcome to Sydney was too notch!! I met so many amazing people, had the greatest tour guide (Tommy) and made some great roots in Australia. This week prepared me for my east coast tour, not only mentally but the team organised the WHOLE THING!? It was very stress free and they had great discounts (from being such an amazing company). You really are in for a treat if you have Tommy as your guide though, he is an absolute gem. I heard they have loads of exciting things coming up and a lot are exclusive to people who do the tours so if you are thinking or doing it… STOP THINKING AND JUST BOOK IT!????????????????Show more

It was the perfect way to start my time in Oz and I made amazing friends on the tour too! - I'm actually going to go back to Sydney for new years to spend it with the first girl I met in Oz who did the tour with me. It's a great way to come full circle. They helped me plan the trip I've always dreamed of, being able to see all of Oz! And they've just helped me start to plan NZ too. My time in Oz has been life changing, and a big part of that has been a direct result of W2T. - Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Welcome To Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Welcome To Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Welcome To Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
