  I enjoyed my trip to turkey. I do feel the trip could improve. The hotel in Istanbul is only fair....they told me...
  I enjoyed my trip to turkey. I do feel the trip could improve. The hotel in Istanbul is only fair....they told me I had an upgrade in Antalya. The hotel was so bad I refused to stay in it. They trip covers a great area of Turkey with many highlights. I think the tour should include the Cistern in Istanbul. The food was fair....disappointing being in turkey. The guides were okay.... I don't think they gave enough history . I did not like that they put three different tours together and then we split up...due to different lengths in tours etc. I feel the tour gave me a good overview of Turkey. Charge a little more and have better hotels....Show more

As explained before you arrived, our ability to include additional stops depends on group consensus and the constraints of the fixed itinerary and timings. We apologize if this impacted your experience and appreciate your understanding. The hotel in Antalya had been upgraded before you arrived in Turkey for operational reasons. We informed you about this change. We're sorry to hear that it didn't meet your expectations. We appreciate your suggestion to charge a little more for potentially better hotels. We have been conducting this tour for several years, and one of our key focuses has been to provide a balance between an enriching experience and affordability. While we understand and value your input, it's important to note that the current selection of hotels has generally met the expectations of our customers. Nevertheless, we appreciate all our guests’ feedbacks therefore we also offer private and tailor-made customized tours, providing customers the opportunity to design their own itineraries, upgrade hotels, and choose specific tours.   Excellent. I have recommended to so many people. Including my VP and elevated VP at work. Mr. Khan is amazing guide. I have been traveling for over 20 years and have never had a guide as kind and knowledgeable. I love history and the study of comparative religions. This was the perfect tour for me. I am glad I came during the low season. This time period allowed for me to have time and space to relive the history I had read.Show more
