In the details were a few things that can definitely be avoided with a little more commitment. 3 weeks to confirm booking - travel documents I had to complain 4 days before departure.... annoying detail - when you get the message on Good Friday, the documents take place a week before the start what would have been Easter Monday and Thursday is still no tour description there.... The tour description was loveless - partly strange route guidance - and at the end in the tour description as final destination "Hotel Europa" was indicated... only that the hotel owner had no reservation - correct would have been the hotel right next to it.... Nothing substantial - but annoying... with 4 stars I am generous.- the vacation itself is super recommendable and the commitment of Tourradar itself was impeccable.Show more
