St. Michael im Lungau
You'll arrive in St. Michael and get settled into your accommodation. The day is yours to unwind, so take advantage of the swimming nearby if you'd like. A walk through the village and surrounding forests gives you a feel for the area, and you'll have plenty of time to take in the mountain scenery from various spots around town.

St. Michael im Lungau to Murau
Today's a cycling day covering about 55 km from St. Michael toward Murau. You'll pass through Tamsweg and see its historic market square and St. Leonhard pilgrimage church. The St. Ruprecht Wood Museum is along the route if you want to stop. Once you reach Murau, there's Murau Castle and the beer museum to explore in this medieval brewing town.

Murau to Judenburg
You're cycling roughly 65 km through the Mur Valley narrows, with the Lower Tauern rising up around you. Stop at Frojach to check out the narrow-gauge railway museum, and the Frauenburg ruins are nearby. Later, you'll find Styria's oldest mineral water spring in Sauerbrunn. After that, you'll reach Judenburg where the town tower, former princely castle, town houses, and St. Magdalena Church are worth seeing.

Judenburg to Bruck an der Mur
This cycling stage is about 60 km through Styria's old industrial towns. Along the way, you'll come across Maria Buch's pilgrimage church and the Benedictine abbey of Seckau. Once you get to Leoben, Göss Abbey and Göss Brewery are there to explore. By evening, you'll arrive in Bruck an der Mur to see Schlossberg, the Kornmesserhaus, and the historic town hall.

Bruck an der Mur to Graz
You're cycling around 60 km today through more natural terrain with old farms, orchards, and high cliffs visible throughout. Frohnleiten has Murlend Park and the Tratschweiberbrunnen fountain to check out. On the route you'll also pass Rabenstein Castle, Lurgrotte cave, and Stübing Open-Air Museum before arriving in Graz. The state capital has Schlossberg, the Clock Tower, Eggenberg Castle, the Landhaus, City Hall, and several museums to explore.

Graz to Mureck
Today covers about 65 km along the Southern Styrian Wine Route. Before leaving Graz, there's an art gallery worth checking out, and you'll see a 300-year-old wine cellar. As you head toward Mureck, the cycling takes you through wine country. Once there, the church, town hall, and ship mill give you a sense of the town's character.

Bad Radkersburg
This morning you'll start with breakfast, then head out for a bike ride along the Mur River where you can take in the riverside scenery and stop for a swim at Röcksee Lake if you want. After that, make your way into Bad Radkersburg's old town to walk around the historic streets. The area's known for its natural thermal springs and mineral water, so you might check out some of those sources or take advantage of the included thermal bath admission before you leave. If you're not ready to go, you can arrange a departure transfer or extend your stay another night.
