  Tour guide and city experiences were very good. The van was in poor condition, with ineffective A/C (especially under the extreme heat conditions) and bumpy ride. The driver was excellent. We were very disappointed that we were not staying in the same hotels as the other passengers, as we felt isolated from the others having the same experience. We assumed that we were to stay in 4 and 5 star hotels; the first and last night's hotel were very good, Fez and Marrakesh were, in our opinion, less than 4 star. We would have liked more shopping time in Marrakesh rather than extensive visits to sales pitches. The Berber Festival was one of the top experiences that we have had on any trip. We did this trip 43 years ago and loved the Berber Festival as it was at the time; this newer version is beyond exceptional. Overall, it was a very good trip with the exception of the van condition and the B hotels in Fez and Marrakesh.Show more

  Excellent guide and driver, knowledgeable, helpful and interesting. Good local guides. A lot of road travel given how big the country is, but a good introduction to the country and major cities. The operator needs to however change the hotels used in Fez and Rabat as not up to standard especially when paying extra for premium hotels (and breakfast and dinner at Fez hotel was poor quality), other hotels were excellent. Would recommend the tour for a first time intro to Morocco.Show more

  The trip was only 7 days. 3 od those days was only spent on the bus doing drive bys of sights and markets. Spanish was the main language spoken by the guide (he was nice but didn't translate to english much). The driver was polite, patient, welcoming and helpful, not to mention an amazing driver. The guides, since we had a separate guide in Fes, only took us to shops that sold stuff for way above market. We wanted to shop at the local places and were told again and again that there was no time. The trip to Casablaca was a waste. Stuck in traffic only to get a pic of the Foutain. We could have been left off the bus for free time near the street markets but weren't. We were bussed out of town to a beach area where there was nothing to do but have coffee. We were there for an hour. Waste. I felt like human currency for the guide to be paid a kickback for how many tourist he could take to these shops and spice places only to waste valuable time. In Fes, when we were to get free time, we were dropped at a Mall. We have those at home, everyone has those at home. When I told the guide i was walking to old town to shop, I was told it wasn't safe. When I pushed the issue, his reply was bad things have happened and I don't want to go into it. This was enough for my wife to not feel safe.Show more

  What a find! A last minute change in our plans and we found TourRadar. We spent a marvellous week in Morocco, the Imperial Cities. Our guide, Mohammad, was super. He put us together with local guides and we saw so many amazing sites! We were very grateful to have such knowledgeable and helpful people. Our driver, Who was also named Mohammad, was so great. He helped us everyday! It was a superb week, full of amazing experiences. I recommend completely!Show more
