Generally great trip BUT we were not clearly I forged if an important meeting with Eurobike on the first evening of the tour. This was vital information that was not clearly given to us. Also, it was not clearly relayed to us that we needed to bring our own helmets even though we rented bikes. Eurobike claims that the meeting information and helmet info was to be given to us by Tour Radar. Disappointed that neither Tour Radar nor Eurobike told us of the 6pm meeting on our first nite of tour. Very very important meeting that we needed to know about!!Show more

In principle, we send the information such as details of the welcome briefing on the first evening as well as information about the rental bikes incl. Equipment with our travel documents. With our travel documents you will receive a link where you can find all detailed information as well as the Routing in our Booklet. Unfortunately, helmets are not automatically included with the rental bikes. We would be delighted if you would trust our advice and organisation again for your next trip.   In the category A we do book 3* and 4* hotels, whereas for the category B we do book 3* hotel, guesthouses and inns.

  Our 21-gear bikes are available in an unisex frame and in a mens frame. The Rental bike Plus is only available with a crossbar. It can offer 27 gears and a more sporty sitting position.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Eurobike. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Eurobike will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Eurobike" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
