How difficult are the flights? Is it a standard airport with security or is it all handled by the tour? It seems like wasted time to be arriving early and waiting through security when on vacation

The internal flights on the tour are very straightforward and your Group Leader will help guide everyone through the process. They are standard domestic airports with normal security procedures, similar to any regular flight, but your guide will let you know what time to leave, help coordinate check-in, and make sure the group gets where they need to be. The airports used are generally quite small and easy to navigate, so it's usually a much smoother experience than large international airports. We do still recommend arriving with enough time for check-in and security, but the travel days are planned to keep things as stress-free as possible so you can enjoy the trip rather than worry about logistics!

Is there an age limit for a single senior man in great shape!? Would love to experience this trip. Dated are flexible.

The age limit for this tour is 46 years young! If you are 46 or below you are welcome to come aboard!

Any scuba for certified divers on this trip? Do you offer any "no single supplement"? Do you have a travel advisor rate?

Scuba diving in the Philippines would be amazing! And yes, while not part of the tour there is some time built in for those who would like to in Moalboal or Boracay. We offer a single supplement or "My Own Room" option. Are you a certified Travel Agency? We would need to get you setup as such in our system so that you are able to sell our tours directly.

We are both healthy active travelers. Why is there an age restriction?

Our trips have an age guideline (typically 18–40), and for this particular tour it's something we stick to quite firmly. The Island Hopper is a very social, fast-paced experience with a big focus on group dynamics, so keeping everyone within a similar age range helps make sure the vibe is right for the whole group. Because of that, we wouldn't be able to offer spots on this tour outside of that age range.

I'm 45 but very fit, can I still be included in this tour which is up to age 39?

As a Classic tour yes, you are certainly able to join this tour at 45! That is the maximum age allowed on the Classic tour.

just wondering about the age limit for this tour, we are in our 50's but very active and young at heart. We are looking for a Phillipines tour that encompases our interests and this looks great, but we don't want to annoy any younger people who are expecting all younger people for their holiday. Could you advise of if this is possible for us or if you can suggest an 'any age' tour that is similar in length and itinerary.

The itinerary was absolutely perfect, we covered a lot of area and did many amazing activities, while also still getting the perfect amount of free time. AJ Pon, my guide, was absolutely amazing. He was kind, positive, fun, as well as extremely organized, timely, knowledgeable. The entire trip went off without a hitch- everything was so smooth and timely. Aj went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group felt taken care of and supported. He also shared lots of knowledge and history about the Philippines, and was happy to answer any questions we had about the Philippines or anything at all. When we had free time, he would send recommendations on restaurants and fun things to do in the area, and if anyone wanted to do an activity outside of the itinerary, he would be so kind as to arrange transport, tickets, etc. Aj took the leg work out of everything- we didn’t have to think about a thing.   Classic is just the trip style name we give to the majority of our tours. All of ours tours have a maximum age of 45 besides our "Backpacker" tours, which have an age limit of 29 years old. This is because they stay in hostels primiarly.
