I'm travelling with a friend, and she'll be staying with me. We don't need two separate rooms. We'd like a double-bed room throughout the entire trip, Is that possible? Also, how much would it cost per person for the trip if two people share one double-bed room?

Our tours are priced per person twin share. So if you both book on the tour we will be able to accommodate you both in the same room. These rooms are with two single beds.

How difficult are the flights? Is it a standard airport with security or is it all handled by the tour? It seems like wasted time to be arriving early and waiting through security when on vacation

The internal flights on the tour are very straightforward and your Group Leader will help guide everyone through the process. They are standard domestic airports with normal security procedures, similar to any regular flight, but your guide will let you know what time to leave, help coordinate check-in, and make sure the group gets where they need to be. The airports used are generally quite small and easy to navigate, so it's usually a much smoother experience than large international airports. We do still recommend arriving with enough time for check-in and security, but the travel days are planned to keep things as stress-free as possible so you can enjoy the trip rather than worry about logistics!

Is there an age limit for a single senior man in great shape!? Would love to experience this trip. Dated are flexible.

The age limit for this tour is 46 years young! If you are 46 or below you are welcome to come aboard!

Any scuba for certified divers on this trip? Do you offer any "no single supplement"? Do you have a travel advisor rate?

Scuba diving in the Philippines would be amazing! And yes, while not part of the tour there is some time built in for those who would like to in Moalboal or Boracay. We offer a single supplement or "My Own Room" option. Are you a certified Travel Agency? We would need to get you setup as such in our system so that you are able to sell our tours directly.

We are both healthy active travelers. Why is there an age restriction?

Our trips have an age guideline (typically 18–40), and for this particular tour it's something we stick to quite firmly. The Island Hopper is a very social, fast-paced experience with a big focus on group dynamics, so keeping everyone within a similar age range helps make sure the vibe is right for the whole group. Because of that, we wouldn't be able to offer spots on this tour outside of that age range.

I'm 45 but very fit, can I still be included in this tour which is up to age 39?

As a Classic tour yes, you are certainly able to join this tour at 45! That is the maximum age allowed on the Classic tour.

just wondering about the age limit for this tour, we are in our 50's but very active and young at heart. We are looking for a Phillipines tour that encompases our interests and this looks great, but we don't want to annoy any younger people who are expecting all younger people for their holiday. Could you advise of if this is possible for us or if you can suggest an 'any age' tour that is similar in length and itinerary.

The Philippines island hopper tour has been a fantastic experience, and a huge part of what made it so great was AJ. Throughout the entire 17 days together, AJ has been an absolute gent and looked after us very well. He created a relaxed and happy environment for everyone in the group. In addition to being an amazing singer (one of his many hidden talents), AJ brought an organised approach where everyone was fully aware of daily plans, he gave brilliant recommendations of things to do during free time, and he provided clear responses to queries. He is funny, charismatic, always positive, produces an infectious friendly environment, and constantly looked out for all the group members. When I lost my wallet, he paid for a taxi to return to the point where I’d dropped it, asked locals and taxi drivers in their native language to keep an eye out, took me to the tourist information point and police station to file reports, left his phone number with both, bought me a beer to calm down my anxious self and then received a call within an hour of submitting the reports to say it had been found. I was so thankful for his incredible support I insisted on buying him dinner that evening. Further, a few days ago when it was my birthday, he bought a cake and a notepad with my face professionally printed on the cover and arranged for everyone in the group to right lovely messages and the restaurant to bring the cake out. He deserves every recognition for his professionalism and kind hearted nature. I love AJ and I will miss him a lot. He is the best!Show more

  Classic is just the trip style name we give to the majority of our tours. All of ours tours have a maximum age of 45 besides our "Backpacker" tours, which have an age limit of 29 years old. This is because they stay in hostels primiarly.
