Although we never met Andrea, the Tour Manager who worked with us, she was enormously helpful, rearranging dates when our flights were cancelled twice, coordinating with our guides when we had problems and staying in constant contact with us. She was like our Guardian Angel, helping us from afar. We have been on many tours and NEVER had a manager who was as helpful to us. - For any tour departing before May 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking with The Colombian Trip. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
