Itinerary
- Day 1
Kochi
You'll land at Kochi Airport and get transferred to your hotel where you can start settling in. The backwaters and Arabian Sea shores are right there to relax into, so take some time to get comfortable. Later on, you'll meet your travel director and other travelers in your group over some local appetisers.

- Day 2
Periyar
The morning takes you into Kerala's green landscapes heading toward Periyar. If you want, there's an optional boat ride on Periyar Lake where you can spot elephants, sambar deer, and different birds. Back at your hotel after that, you'll watch a Kalarippayattu performance where trained warriors show off this ancient martial art form, and you get to try a few moves yourself.

- Day 3
Kumily - Kumarakom
Start at Kumily Spice Garden to see how Kerala grows its famous spices like pepper, ginger, vanilla, and cardamom. You'll learn about how spice cultivation shaped the region's culture over time. From there, you head to Kumarakom village on Lake Vembanad for a walking tour through the market and streets to see how locals live day to day.

Kumarakom to Alleppey
If you're interested, there's an optional yoga session in the morning to start the day. Then you'll board a traditional houseboat called a Kettuvallom and cruise through the backwaters toward Alleppey. You'll pass by villagers in wooden Shikaras and see the palm-lined shores. Once you reach Alleppey, you return to Kumarakom for dinner and a quiet evening.

- Day 5
Kochi
Kochi's history comes alive as you explore its multi-cultural heritage from Chinese, Arab, and European merchants. You'll check out the Mattancherry Dutch Palace and St. Francis Church that Portuguese traders built. The iconic Chinese fishing nets at Fort Kochi are next on the list. After lunch, a city tour takes you through this historic port. By evening, a local family hosts a cooking demonstration followed by a Be My Guest dinner at their home.
