Itinerary
- Day 1
Bagdogra to Darjeeling
When you land at Bagdogra airport, an UncleSam Holidays representative will be waiting to pick you up. The drive to Darjeeling takes about 2.5 hours, giving you time to settle in and get comfortable during the ride. Once you reach your hotel and check in, the rest of the day is yours to relax after traveling. You might grab a meal, explore the immediate area around your hotel, or simply rest before the activities ahead.

Darjeeling
This is an early start kind of day. You'll head out around 4 AM to reach Tiger Hills for sunrise views of Kanchenjunga Peak (assuming the weather cooperates). After that, you'll head back for breakfast and then stop at Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop along the way. In the afternoon, a guide takes you through several spots including Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoo, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center, and a tea estate. Once evening rolls around, you'll have free time to shop or simply unwind.

Darjeeling to Kalimpong
After breakfast, you'll check out and drive to Kalimpong, which is roughly 2.5 hours away. Once you arrive and get settled at your hotel, a guide will take you around to see Kalimpong Durpin Dara viewpoint, Zong Dog Palri Fo-Brang Monastery, some flower and orchid nurseries, and Dello Hill. The evening gives you a chance to wander through shops or just hang out at your hotel without any scheduled activities.

Kalimpong to Pelling
Following breakfast, you check out and drive toward Pelling via Jorethang. Along the route you'll walk through remote villages and take in mountain views from scenic stops. When you reach Pelling, check into your hotel and have the rest of the day to yourself for leisure activities.

Landmarks Jorethang 
- Day 5
Pelling
Following breakfast, you'll go on a guided tour of Pelling with several stops scheduled throughout the day. You'll visit Pemayangtse Monastery, which was founded in 1705 and ranks among Sikkim's oldest monasteries. The tour also includes Rimbi Falls, the sacred Khecheopalri Lake, Kanchendzonga Falls, Rimbi Rock Garden, and Darap Village. Once the afternoon tour wraps up, you'll have the evening free to shop or relax back at your hotel.

Pelling - Namchi - Gangtok
After breakfast you'll check out and head toward Gangtok, which is about a 5 hour drive from where you are. On the way, the route includes a stop in Namchi where you'll see Samdruptse Hill and the Char Dham complex. Once you reach Gangtok and check into your hotel, the remainder of the day is at your own pace, so you can settle in and explore at whatever speed feels comfortable.

Gangtok
After breakfast, a day excursion takes you to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir, both at 12,400 ft elevation. The clear waters show off the landscape nicely and the lake typically freezes during winter months. If Tsomgo Lake is closed due to landslides or other issues, your guide will arrange an alternate location instead.
