    Deborah

    Asked on May 1st, 2024

Are all these activities included in the tour price already or do they need to be purchased seperately? If they are included, then are there any optional additional cost activities on this trip that are not listed? My second question is about hotel lodgings- It seemed like the rooms will have twin beds?? or did "Twin" refer to 2 people in a room? My last question is about airport to hotel shuttle or service- Our plane arrives very early morning on Friday 6/21--- (5 am) at Logan Airport. Will the tour cover a transportation to the hotel from the airport at that time? Will we be able to check in that early or will we have to just store our luggage with the hotel until the afternoon?

All of the items you see from the day-by-day itinerary and additional services are included on the trip. Other activities that require additional cost are called optional experiences. The majority of optional experiences will be offered to you by your Travel Director at the beginning of your trip. Regarding the rooming, twin rooms mean two people who will be traveling together will be roomed together; the default bed will be two single beds. For this tour, arrival complimentary transfer from hotel to airport is not provided, but we do offer chargeable transfer at a reasonable price. We will have to follow the hotel standard check-in time which is approximately 3:00 pm. If you will be arriving that early and if you want a guaranteed early check in, we personally suggest booking your extra-accommodation at the start hotel.
