Hi Zheng! I'm glad to hear that you found our communication during your trip helpful, and we will take your comments regarding the luggage storage situation into consideration, and make sure that it is clearer in the itinerary going forwards. It is understandable that you found the trek on the last day difficult, successive days of trekking are no small matter. Unfortunately, the route taken along the lake is necessary in order to prevent backtracking. The W-Trek experience tries to make trekking more accessible to the common people, by providing all food, comfortable accommodations in the mountain, and luggage storage at the start of your trek where you can store it for the whole duration, but it is, after all, a Refugio far from civilization, and some ruggedness is inevitable. I hope that besides this disconnect, you were able to enjoy this beautiful experience.

Thank you for your feedback Jeroen, we're sorry to hear that part of the itinerary didn’t align with the actual logistics on the ground. You're absolutely right that the route from Francés to Grey Glacier and back in a single day is paramount impossible, but the Glacier is not the intended destination. The Itinerary mentions the Gray Glacier Lookout, were you can appreciate the fantastic views of the park, including the Glacier itself. We’ll review this itinerary detail with the local operator to ensure it's accurate and realistic for future travelers. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope you were still able to enjoy the incredible scenery and experience of the W Trek overall.
