A number of things were disappointing: 1. we were supposed to get free WiFi for primary person but received nothing....
A number of things were disappointing: 1. we were supposed to get free WiFi for primary person but received nothing. 2. Were supposed to receive $50 free voucher into our account but received nothing. 3. We upgraded to top drinks package , but the selection of wines was very limited and poor. Furthermore, I expected at least freshly squeezed orange juice as part of that package. 4. Arosa Sena docked in Düsseldorf a long distance from town. I expected that at least a bus would take passengers into town. 5. The food was ok, but expected better particular fresh buns for breakfast typically received in Germany (even stores like Lidl or Norma). 6. Very little communication in English particularly the excursions.Show more
