A worthwhile existence that can be made great by providing a daily itinerary with times for tours so travelers can know how the day will be spent. My biggest negatives was the hotel room 206 I was assigned at the Efe Hotel in Kusadasi was dirty, with hair in the hair dryer drawer, dirt on a counter in the room and mold in the shower. I did ask a fellow traveler about his rooms condition and he said his was clean. However the general maintenance of the hotel was lacking and the lights in the stairwell did not turn on automatically at night. It would seem this hotel enjoys its water front position and is taking customers for granted. The tour of Antalya was OK and damaged by two mandatory shopping stops and an hour riding in the van to pick up other people, including the guide. For some reason, the team is unaware that Cleopatra pool is closed for months In Pamukkale. There are times when it felt like my time at a sight was being limited so that transportation to the next city could occur on their schedule. The airport transport from Kayseri was not very clear- you must go outside the terminal to find the person taking you to Cappodocia. The team did communicate via WhatsApp and was responsive to my questions. If you can go with the flow and focus on the scenery, history and the great tour guides you will have, it makes the journey enjoyable.Show more

Every day before you get to see the attraction listed, you are taken to pottery shop, jewelry store, wine store, etc. So out of 12 hours on Pamukkale tour, I actually spent only 2 hours there. Also, most tour guides bring you to attraction and then leave you to explore it yourself. Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with City of Sultans. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and City of Sultans will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "City of Sultans" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of City of Sultans. Please familiarize yourself with the City of Sultans payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
Accessibility
