Which balloon flight operator do you use and can you provide details of the flight - length, inclusions etc. Is it possible to just book the flight outside of the tour?

We work with the balloon association in Cappadocia. They assign our bookings to a company that complies with the standards set by the association. The flight length is usually between 40-50 Minutes, and includes pick-up, drop off, appetizers and champagne after the flight as well as a certificate. We would only be able to accommodate your request provided that you are booked on our tour.

The luggage allowances are 15 KG Checked and 8 KG Carry on. The price of the Hot Air Balloon Ride is currently 349 USD / Per Person (Confirmations are subject to availability). The flight times vary, but the departure flight will be in the early morning (between 5-6 AM) and the return flight is usually booked for a morning flight as well (8-10 AM).

How much does the Hot Air Balloon Ride cost? What upgraded hotel is available in Cappadocia and how much more would it cost for the 2 nights in Cappadocia?

The balloon ride costs 349 USD / Per Person. Please note that we will only be able to confirm this activity provided that there are availabilities. The upgrade for the hotel in Cappadocia would be the Fresco Cave Suites and the price to upgrade would be 110 USD / Per Night for a double room.

Is it possible to arrange transportation from the airport in Istanbul back to the hotel?

Certainly, that can be arranged. The price would be 120 USD - Including greeting service upon arrival.

Does the package in the hot air balloon costs. If not I want to know what the costs are for the hot air balloon. We definitely want to go on this ride. What time is the hotel pickup for the hot air balloon ride. How long is the hotel pickup air balloon ride. What time does the ride start and end. What happens after the ride has ended.
