Valpolicella
You'll arrive at the farmhouse hotel in Valpolicella on your own and check in at your leisure. Once settled, meet your assistant over a welcome drink featuring local wine. Dinner that evening follows a traditional menu, and you'll stay overnight at the property.

Valpolicella Wine & Food Experience
After breakfast, a private car and wine expert guide take you through the hilly Valpolicella region north of Verona. You'll stop at San Giorgio Ingannapoltron village for views toward Lake Garda, then head to a historic Amarone winery for a vineyard walk and tastings of Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Amarone, and Recioto. Lunch happens at a typical trattoria, followed by a visit to a historic salami and cheese producer where you'll taste cured meats and cheeses including Ubriaco aged with Amarone. Back at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Prosecco Hills
Following breakfast, a private car and wine expert guide drive you through the green hills of Valdobbiadene to explore the UNESCO World Heritage Prosecco region. You'll tour a historic winery to see how Prosecco gets made and taste various varieties. Lunch at a typical trattoria comes with views of the Prosecco hills. The afternoon takes you to the exclusive Cartizze hill area for more Prosecco tastings at a historic winery overlooking the landscape. Later, a relaxing walk through Asolo rounds out the day. Dinner is free, and you'll stay overnight.
