Hi Andrew, We are sorry you feel that way and if you gave us a chance and communicated your comments with us we would have done our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, instead you cut all communications without letting us know. All cars are air conditioned and if you have asked the driver to open it he would have. Driver assume that it is not necessary due to the cold weather. On the 2 day tours that you have went on with us you had two guides; Walid in Cairo and Marwa in Alexandria. It is stated in the details of the tour on Tourradar platform for everyone to see before booking the tour in the excluded section that the cost of the flight is not included in the tour cost Shopping tours and workshops are a part of all tours in Egypt because they enhance the knowledge you received specially papyrus and perfumes and oils and usually demanded from customers It never happened that any of our customers were left un attended even for an hour Thanks for taking the time to write this review and I hope that I have answered to all your comments

    Asked on April 28th, 2025

We would like to arrange a private tour for our family group ranging from 85 to 22 years old. We are 11 adults in total, and will need 6 double bedrooms. One of our party gets very water sick so we don't want a Nile cruise, although we do want to see all the sights! We were trying to work out how to include Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor, St Catherine's and one or two days on the Red Sea (Hurghada or Sharm for example). What would you recommend?
